The Constitution is the law of the land. The Supreme Court's job is to determine how it applies. If you think that can't be biased by political leanings, you are being naive.
Exactly. And it is the Supreme Court which states what the Constitution means, i.e. interprets it, thus its decisions are the Law of the Land, not any one person's individual views of it. Reich calls the Court's decision into question, which he has no standing, or right, to do.
