Long-term boycotts work. Smart companies take a short-term hit and emerge with real-time data on customer sentiment, market trends, you name it. You have to be prepared to maintain it indefinitely, potentially forever, and to remove your cash flow from their ecosystem entirely to put it elsewhere.

I haven't watched commercial television is 25 years, and I never will again. There are many, many better alternatives to watching useless ads for products I don't want.
Remember, CBS & Paramount (and soon to be Skydance) own many other streaming services like PlutoTV, BETplus, and others. They too have to be boycotted forever.

The big name actors working on any CBS TV or paramount film projects need to walk off the job until the bosses come clean.
We are in an age of absolute greed. If any actor stands up they will find themselves replaced because the fuhrer demands total obedience
Not a good idea. They're still recovering from last year's writer's strike. And if the big-name actors walk off, the projects come to a halt, leading to lay-offs of staff and crew who cannot afford to be without the income.
So continue to grease the wheels of fascism. They may lose their jobs anyway. Colbert’s staff will and since it appears Trump is now deciding what does and doesn’t end up on the networks they have no real job security. Putting your head down and ignoring reality is how you got here.
