Great leaders understand the need for disagreement, dissent, and debate. But perhaps no one understands it better than the soldiers who have lived through the consequences of plans made in echo chambers. ICYMI @markhertling.bsky.social on the perils of yes men: www.thebulwark.com/p/donald-tru...

What will happen in a real war? Bad decisions based on bad information resulting in the deaths of soldiers. I hope US soldiers realize that bad leadership will get them killed.

Join your local antifa network or start one in your area. Mutual aid and defense are vital, especially in red states where the law is now firmly against liberals, leftists, and Dems. Red State Resistance.

Good leaders understand that their intelligence about all things is limited! Good leaders who are experts in their fields keep “Good Leadership” out of trouble. Bad leadership consists of unintelligent “yes” people who get paid for being quiet, uncontroversial, & admiring of “bad leadership”! 🧌🧌🧌🧌🧌🧌

I was a year behind Don Jr at Wharton and I can tell you this was impressed upon us starting freshman year. So many of our professors warned us about "yes men". I guess when you can pay people to do your homework and still get a job with Daddy, you don't need to pay attention.

I read a history book about Creighton Abrams in Vietnam. He opened every meeting by demanding that people tell him the bad news.
