It is as elementary and step-by-step as one could make the reading of a nutrition label. Apparently they think I'm in middle school.

My poor husband is being subjected to the audio portions of the 'training' and he thinks they need a pre-test to see what our knowledge already is, and that would have been great. Pretty sure I could have tested out of this whole thing.
