I was going to say how rich it is of her to try and say SP was being vain when she has clearly changed her look. She must feel some kind of way about her god given appearance. Apparently he made a mistake when he made her. And she had to fix it.

Right! And these are the same people who are against gender affirming care. Also, you'd still be correct if you stopped at "...made a mistake when he made her".
