Hawks would start wars/advocate for military expenses. Doves would do the opposite. Bears might hibernate, missing votes. Bees would vote as a collective. Lions/Geese might intimidate other politicians.

Ducks would try to install quacks into key positions. Ants would try to keep everyone in line. Centipedes would always be trying to get a leg up on their rivals. Sheep would bleet loudly about causes but always follow. Wolves would pretend to be sheep but extort them. Geese would be anarchists.
