No real recipe for this one. It's a 1:1 ratio of full-fat plain yogurt & plain Greek yogurt. (Try 2 cups of each, or less if your churner is small.) I pureed 5 or 6 small fresh peaches & added sugar by the tablespoon until it was sweet enough. Normally, I add about 1/4 c sugar b/c I like tart...

2/ froyo & I'm adding other ingredients for flavor, but this time, I added more b/c I thought more sweetness would help the peaches. I added about 2 tsp ground ginger, but it needed more, or fresh. The peaches were v. flavorful at room temp., but I felt like the flavor got muted when the yogurt...

3/ froze. It was plenty peach colored (the photo washes it out) & full of peaches flecks, but the peach flavor didn't hit me in the face like I wanted. Maybe a couple more peaches, another 1/8 c. or so of sugar & fresh ginger would have punched it up. Froyo is forgiving - you can play around w/ it.

4/ Also: With the first couple of peaches, I did chop them up, sprinkle them with sugar & let them sit in the fridge for a while (to bring out the flavor), but I don't think it helped much, which is why I kept tossing in more peaches as I mixed up the base.
