There aren't enough Immigration judges to process cases of those who-entered with inspection and are asylum seekers, or any other "legal immigrant." Bc there's a ton of them. Small amt of lIllegal immigrants are easy to process. They're subject to removal/deportation and some even expidited removal
Again. I said there is a difference between illegals jumping fences and hiding from border patrol agents. If you can enter with inspection at a border crossing then you are not an "illegal immigrant" so the point is all the news w/long lines of folks waiting to enter were not entering illegally
