Yes. It's just too big of a list to easily post. Use the introduction when they answer the phone, or when leaving a message. Then follow that with telling them your opinion. Best to keep each phone call to just one topic. Multiple issues = multiple calls.

Those are self serving 'rules' they put in for themselves to limit their accountability. We're done with those days. Calling or snail mail are better options. If you don't want to talk with a person it's ok to call after hours.
