At 5'7" I have met a fair amount of women who rejected me & even go for less attractive guys if they were 6'+ (not that I'm gorgeous, but some of these guys were below average). Had one say "you're short, but not that sucks short". Asked if she'd go out with me & she said "nope, you're too short".

Sure, I believe you, just saying that I've known quite a few who told me, or others, straight up "nope, too short". It seemed pretty common. Even knew a girl who had a sign on her dorm door: "Guys must be over 6 feet to enter". And it's ok; that helped weed out the shallow ones. 😄
