So, theoretically, Wyoming could declare no birthright citizenship, set up checkpoints on I-80, arrest anyone who didn't have "proof," they were really Americans and deport them. A bit far-fetched, but could happen?

i think it would more so just be like Wyoming judges not placing an injunction on the executive order that says that birthright citizenship isn’t a thing and then I guess ice would do what ice does so like i guess from my understanding yes
