The bigger special deal was the exemption from Medicaid cuts. I believe that was what Rand Paul was mainly referring to. Why do Kentuckians lose Medicaid funding, but Alaskans keeps theirs? Maybe Paul should hold out too, when the final bill gets back to the Senate. Maybe EVERY Senator should.
