It was the only right choice of the options. The color scheme and the logo are sick.

The name and logo kill. Too much blue in this league though. Utah had a chance to switch it up, and went with plain old boring blue on blue. It’s my only gripe, everything else is dope.

I liked Tim Cowlishaw's comment on Around the Horn. He asked why there was no S at the end. There's no Pittsburgh Steeler, Chicago Bear, or Golden State Warrior. They are all plural. What about ALL the mammoths that roamed Utah?

I guess it's just trendy to name hockey teams singular things like Wild, Kraken and now Mammoth....Golden Knights holding out strong with two names and plural...oh and a Stanley Cup.

Most hockey teams have a nickname ie Hawks, Habs, Leafs, Canes, B’s, Knights, Preds, Caps. What’s this one gonna be? Mams? Mammys? ‘moths?
