Ultimately, Andrew Luck made the best decision for himself. The Colts weren't protecting him. Yes, the timing was terrible, but i respect his decision.
Yeah to me it was never the leaving part, it was the leaving start of the season. If you were thinking these thoughts in february then retire, let the team try and get some sort of plan.
Also, I read a story about former members of the 1988 New Orleans Saints. Many of them passed away due to injuries and illnesses caused by playing football. Luck was right to leave while he still could on his own terms.
I have never had a problem with Andrew Luck. He had no choice after having gone through so many injuries and treatments. And the Colts knew that his arm was injured far more seriously than they were ever willing to admit to.
Yeah, it's about Andrew Luck feeling sure about quitting the NFL, but he's really torn up about missing the game and the team. It’s a tough emotional split for him.
