No! That's silly!
No! That's silly!
Not until they move to a relegation/promotion system
Lol
He's delusional.
Yes. But MLS must improve their refs. And must stop games during international breaks: or it cannot be taken seriously
Not yet. Not even close.
Fired by Hotspurs Fired by PSG after 1 year Fired by Chelsea after 1 year Sure thing buddy
Definitely more competitive than some leagues. Would love to see a proper Club World Cup in the old European cup format. Winners of each league, knockout competition, no seeding.
Yes, they actually play for competitive teams in competitive environments. Not starters on mid table or relegation battlers or seldom used subs. They’re getting competitive minutes. And they aren’t soft like the Euro players
lol, lmao even
No. And I watch the MLS a lot.
No idea, soccer is lame.
Number of winners since MLS was founded in 1996: MLS Cup - 15 Supporters' Shield - 17 Premier League - 6 Ligue 1 - 10 La Liga - 5 Bundesliga - 7 Serie A - 6 MLS is objectively more competitive than the Big 5 European Leagues. Is it a higher talent league? Absolutely not. Depends how he meant it.
No
No
Not there yet
Growth in a big market deserves respect.
Promotion and regulation….
He's talking about the Cymru Premier.
no way.
Competitiveness isn't the same as talented. MLS may very well be more competitive than people give it credit for, but the on-field product will never be more entertaining than the Premier League.
bait and no
I think he didn’t watch the Club World Cup.
I think he did. To see the Sounders lose to PSG 2-0 shows you how close they are in skill. Mind you, a single PSG player may be worth the entire cost of the Sounders budget for the whole team. And Sounders had PSG on the back foot most of the time. The main forward striker was out injured to boot.
Europe has a lot of leagues
He’s correct. Many #usmnt fans glorify Europe too much and degrade MLS imo. MLS is a good, competitve league. Although I see smaller leagues as a springboard to bigger leagues in Europe, it doesn’t mean that every player that moved over to Europe is better than an MLS player.
He definitely does! My left back 😏
Maybe Europe's lower divisions in those leagues. If you want the US to be better then US players should stop going to Europe and riding the bench or being loaned out to trash bottom league teams. Stay in the US and bring up the quality. Instead MLS is filled with castoffs from inferior leagues.
No!
No
Nope
There are many European leagues and quality does of course vary quite greatly.he should specify which leagues. Certainly not English, German, Italian,Spain, Portugal and French. Dutch and Belgium, next best better than MLS The other leagues like Norway Sweden, Austria,Poland Switzerland maybe..
I mean in a generic sense that there aren’t really any ‘dominant’ teams that win almost every year, yeah suppose it’s more competitive, but it has a lower talent level than Europe. nothin wrong w that but it is what it is
I think MLS is better than most people think, but it still isn't very good.
MLS is maybe the 12th-best league in the world.
Yeah, off the top of my head, I'd agree with this.
More talented no. But more competitive absolutely. The same teams wins almost every year in every league in Europe. There’s no competitive balance in any European league.
Definitely more competitive then Greenland league. Hes 💯 right. My man
USL is more entertaining to watch then MLS, I dont even think MLS is the best league in its own country
What happened to good takes, where did they go
