Loved the episode! Eno mentioned Rocker (I think it was him?) could only throw his slider with a good shape at max effort — I assume you all think those types are more likely to be the injury related streaky Ps, but would the generally “effort” pitchers have higher variance? So many energy variables

Trevor mentioned rotating hard one way constantly. Wonder if switch hitters (and switch pitchers?) have less problems with rotation related injuries because of more even usage. Although, maybe they had increased flexibility/athleticism to begin with which allowed them to switch hit.
