Congress can't create agencies which exercise executive powers. But, it doesn't really matter what people say on Bluesky. We'll see which of us the Supreme Court agrees with.

Incorrect. Fed has legislative powers ie issue regulations. Supreme Court will preserve the Feds independence because if they don’t they are next to lose independence. Z
Both @trashcanjack.bsky.social And @jmwarren.bsky.social Two above average intelligent people, both made valid points. Yet they can't agree. So how are every day americans going to figure out what the way forward is..?? What does this mean for them?
Well, we have a system for handling fights like this. The Supreme Court rules on constitutional questions. They get appointed by a President, who is elected by the people of the states. Voters can vote for the person who says "I will give you this kind of justice." Trump made that deal with FSoc.
I agree, I don't think it's going to go your way. That's why making politics into a lawfare battle was such a bad idea for you guys. Now the genie is out of the bottle.
"You guys" ?? What? So that makes you what exactly? I have a fairly good idea now, but I would like to hear you say it..
I consider myself an enemy of the professional class's subversion of the constitution. Equivalent to the Gracchi near the end of the Roman Republic. Restore the political power of the plebs.
In terms of my viewpoint, I mean, I don't have any historic significance. Trump, for all his many flaws, is Tribune of the Plebs. That's why the Optimates broke all the rules to try to destroy him.
You have quite a unique and elaborate 'viewpoint' there. I can't help but feel you are a little disturbed. So goodbye.
Yeah, I was right. Your are, and that is my expert opinion, a nutbag.
Does it really matter at this point?
