Great aspirations. Unfortunately, these are not the first words that come to mind, when I think of the current U.S. administration's foreign (or domestic) policy: "communication, cooperation and collaboration" But this administration won't last forever, at least I hope not.
You're absolutely right. I'm looking more at every other country, especially traditional and emerging middle powers, and smaller nations who can forge cooperative solutions.
