Why do UK media outlets- in particular the Times, Mail and Telegraph - let Trump get away with appalling loutish behaviour which they’d condemn in anyone else? Like trying to get a journalist sacked for writing the truth or calling them scum or dropping the F-bomb in public

Sky News read one of these diatribes in full the other day, it included all of his usual media beets, named journalists and homophobic insults. It served no purpose at all, just normalises his deeply regrettable behaviour.

Instead of asking why, I try to accept that UK media is just not the impartial source of news that we all want. They plainly bias their views. So you can take everything they say with a fresh perspective, ignoring most of it. Things make more sense then 🤔🙂
