Reminds me of the story of when the older aircraft to the islands were 'agricultural' in design of the grandmother telling her granddaughter of her surprise when the transfer bus she thought was on took off!

Very curious. Is this something that happens often. Whether yes or no, it’s very odd. A whole crew. Including the pilots?
The whole crew don't just "not turn up", they've been sent elsewhere.
You on your way to Costa De Scotland Rory ? I hope you have your waterproof jacket and a jumper 🏴
There is nothing worse than getting stuck on the bus of doom. Hope you’re comfortable at least.
I don’t know why people feel the need to ask question the mode of transport you are using.
Bus to Heathrow it is….
Ugh! That's not encouraging.
I guess the sun isn’t shining anymore…
Is there a reason why you are flying to Glasgow and not taking the lower-carbon train?
I can think of a very good one - It's called the West Coast Line.
UK domestic flights are unnecessary for the majority
I speak as someone who flies but rarely; but that is a truly elitist position to take. If you live somewhere like Inverness, never mind the Northern or Outer Isles, of course there are ways to get everywhere without flying but the opportunity cost is huge.
I am reminded of the late, great Jo Grimond being asked by the House of Commons travel office which was his nearest railway station. The answer, of course, was "Stavanger" (and, yes, I know you said "most")
That’s fantastic! Would love to see attempts to claim back that rail journey…
Crew on the bevy last night 😂
There is apparently a hold up on the M23, which might have delayed them. Have a safe journey when you get going.
Good grief!
What? None of them? 😳
If it was the LHR flight it finally took off an hour and a half late 🤨
That was the one! Mind you I still had plenty of time before my flight to Islay
Whisky tour?
Book group, I think…
Ooh never been to Islay but everyone says it’s lovely. Enjoy
Islay on my bucket list - enjoy
Excellent! Islay is stunning and the people are wonderful, enjoy!
They will be having a pint in ‘spoons and missed the call.
