My understanding is that the referendum wasn't legally binding. Regarding the process of joining again, no one really knew what the process was but it happened nonetheless. I'm sure we can navigate this too.

That was just "my understanding" based on what we had been told. I would love to rejoin the EU. My kids are all leaving the UK to move to the EU and I completely understand why. There must be a way or we risk losing all our talented young people. Who'd stay around for this mess?
