"Two tier policing" is very much a right wing talking point. Can we rather say that there is a clear right wing bias, so as not to validate their talking points? 🤷
I didn't say two-tier policing, I said two-tier legal system. Policing = street-level, while I refer to the Court process above that - that we should have equal access to like everyone else. Sometimes their talking points need picking apart to show them for what they are, not arguing over terms.
