That Green Lantern costume goes hard

Feel like it should at least be green, though. I thought that was half-assed Nightwing until you said something.

I believe they couldn't use a true "green" Green Lantern outfit because it wouldn't work well with the greenscreen effects back then (no bluescreen yet, I suppose).

I genuinely can't tell if it's meant to be Kyle in his blue lantern outfit, Guy Gardner in his original outfit, or just Kyle or even Hal in a Green Lantern costume that is simply blue.

It was supposed to be Guy, but it was more of an amalgamation of him and Kyle.

I mean kudos to them for getting... the jacket right. Also lol I looked it up and it says 'Guy Gardner, a software engineer'. YEP THAT SOUNDS LIKE MY OLE PAL GUY ALRIGHT, dead into computers he is.

It's meant to be Guy - his original GL outfit,l (albeit more jade than actually green), plus Kyle's mask. And hair. And the character, while called "Guy Gardner", wasn't written/played like Guy Gardner at all. But they also basically made Barry into Joey from Friends, so...

Yeah. They clearly made a choice to not have it the same green as Fire's outfit, but clearly went too far away from the emerald into blue-green/jade territory. You can see it a bit better in this pic, where I totally forgot they used Kyle's version of the logo

Okay I have to be some kind of color blind, because in that picture it's an almost identical color to Ice's suit, definitely no kind of green at all.

It's a very blue green. It looked more green in the film itself than in that pic

It's really hard for me to tell, cos I do have some kind of visual impairment with blues, but I've never been able to pinpoint exactly what it is or what it means. It's apparently not a type of color blindness, but I can't see or read blue text properly. Wonder if it's related.

I'm now questioning my perception of colour 😅, cause that looks green to me. Darker than Fire but not nearly as Blue as Atom
