That phrasing sounds dangerously close to Russian propaganda, even if intended otherwise. We should be unambiguously applauding any imposition of *secondary* sanctions. Secondary sanctions are the only way (short of direct NATO action) to cripple Russia and force them to withdraw from Ukraine.
