Hasn’t a US Court just said that Trumps tariff measures deals illegal as they been introduced through the use of emergency powers when there was no emergency. That being so what is there to agree to?

It's a bad deal made under threat of tariff extortion and NATO blackmail (US withdrawing support for Ukraine) and now that dictator is even attempting to interfere in our sovereign digital rules legislation. Why should anyone vote to pass this?

I am european and sitting on the fence. Trade with USA is important and fair trade and not shool yard bulling trade. Wait it out... trump is soon to go to hell... let's see who is next in charge

Probably because the law and the constitution have little importance in Trump's America. Note how the tariffs were found illegal but permitted to continue!
