Non citizens can’t and don’t vote. This is a cover for looking for undocumented people, who show up as non-registered.
Jeb Bush did this same trick to steal the 2000 election in Florida: come up with a system that carefully avoids false positives for typically white names but has little to no safeguards against false positives for typically non-white names

Identify non citizens on the voter rolls? I think not. This is just another way of making it harder for people to vote. The fewer people that vote, the better chance the fascists have of winning elections. This should be first and foremost in your presentation.
