Most OECD countries have these one payor systems - except the other two Mexico and Turkey - but esp medicines is not expensive in these two countries- but access to care like in US could be a problem in these two countries- but other countries - means to pay is not a barrier
Yep. When you have to look at Turkey and Mexico to find economies *without* this feature, it highlights that single payer is normal in an advanced economy. The US is an outlier.
