IMO Bernie would never have won in 2016, but let’s move on and stop relitigating the past. Maybe it’s sufficient to say “If only Russia hadn’t interfered in the 2016 election we wouldn’t be where we are now.” Or, “If only Fox News didn’t misinform Americans.”

He could have maybe in 2016. The label of socialist vs 10,000 bull shit conspiracy theories decades in the making. He definitely would’ve in 2020 and if he pursued his agenda, used the pandemic too justify implementing healthcare reform, was publicly contentious with Netanyahu, he would’ve won 2024.

I don’t think what I think about 2016 just because I’m 1000% Bernie bro. And forgive me I’m not trying to argue. It’s just you shared your opinion and I’m sharing mine. Pulling data has shown that people who voted for Hillary would vote for any Democrat over Donald Trump. So it stands to reckon…

that he would’ve won most of if not all the exact same states as Hillary Clinton but with the addition of Michigan, Wisconsin and Pennsylvania. He was popular in Michigan and Wisconsin. And unfortunately, Hillary didn’t campaign in Wisconsin as much as she could have. Plus, no Jill Stein.

Sorry again I know you said let’s move on and now I’m posting this long-winded reply. I’m just 1 of those weirdos that creates autopsies on failed presidential campaigns. Bernie fascinates me because he is the first Democrat populist and ironically, that’s now what the DNC is looking for right now.
