Nobody should be surprised a CEO behaves this way. In my years of corporate life, this is the sort of selfish, cruel behavior that is rewarded in large organizations, which explains how we get historically bad behavior in tobacco, oil, chemical, pharma, health insurance and other business sectors.

I just saw that video again a couple days ago (thankfully, as a counterpoint, it also showed the one where the teen boy climbs over rows and rows of seats and then gives the ball to a little girl who couldn't get to it as quickly)
