RFK Jr. Is not fully ignorant of the law. His threats however vague hold liabilities. His dismissal of experts and expert opinions needs SUBSTANTIAL evidence. He earned a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Virginia School of Law in 1982 and a Master of Laws from Pace University in 1987.
