India's democratic. Cheeto loathes anything but authoritarianism. America buys tons of Russian fertilizer & rare earth minerals yet has the audacity to force high tariffs on India for buying their gas from Russia? So he's mad at India for not lying for him & looks the other way on double standards.
I'm afraid India is no longer democratic. It's been backsliding for a number of years. Agree that Cheeto is hostile to democracy and democracies.
Yeah, I keep hoping that India will shake it off and lean towards being more democratic again. I still think the tariffs are very unfair to a country of a whole lot of poor people just trying to take care of their families.
