I don’t know how to explain to the non-Houston audience how big of a heel turn this is for Hidalgo, I’m so bummed out right now.
Do we think she's actually /aware/ that she was endorsing her own trolls/detractors in making this move?
The closest thing I could compare it to for non-Houstonians is what if Zohran Mamdani was spotted in the front row of a Louis C.K. show and then did a full photoshoot of them having a fun night on the town

This is so gross. I guess I’m ready for Lina to move on to whatever she’s doing next. All the insiders have been saying it for a couple months now, we just need the announcement. Lots of good other candidates for County Judge lining up on the Dem side already.
