Well, I will say that I “learned” this on Bluesky, but doing a deeper Google dive I confess I can’t find clear evidence that my supposed “full quote” is true. Quote is attributed to Sol Wachter in 1985, but I can’t find a reference to the full quote, so buyer beware 😎
