yes quite amazing to realize the moral indifference we as a nation have fallen into. i have similar escapist fantasies of an America that watches one TV news channel at night (or perhaps 2 or 3) with avuncular anchor folk like Walter Cronkite who everyone listens to & trusts 🙏
