We were attacked. FDR did not wait for the courts to declare Dec 7th, 1941 a crime. Joe Biden did wait for them to do something about Jan 6th 2020. I wanted him to honor his oath, to preserve, protect and defend the Constitution. He went to sleep. Courts are an excuse, not a reason.

Biden can't prosecute people for obstruction, if that is what you're getting at. Biden's only flaw, if one can call it that, is that he followed the Constitution and his limited duties as President. The current Prez, with permission from Rs and SCOTUS, has taken a jackhammer to those limitations.
