Has anybody asked why, if there's all of this fraud and waste in these federal agencies, they are "fixing" it by firing the lowest rungs on the ladder? Wouldn't it make more sense to fire the people causing the fraud and waste? Because the people on probation definitely are not to blame.

No, because that would require the news media to have a spine and actually challenge President Musk and Court Jester Donald. Additionally, that would also imply that the fraud is real and not a ploy to mine data and undermine the Constitution.
