Cool. And what are you two doing about it? Sitting on your hands and bitching about it on social media? Good plan. Maybe stop complaining and start thinking about - and participating in - mass action.
Yeah, how dare we ask a public servant to do something more that skeet on BlueSky. We should be the ones doing all the work
Can I point out that its rather rude to assume they aren't taking part in mass action? How can you be so sure they aren't taking part in mass action AND complaining at the politician? Who you know, should in fact be clearly communicating what they are at least ATTEMPTING to do to fight this.
I wrote a very harshly worded letter, I'll have you know!
That's a start. What's next? More bitchin'? More moaning? Or what? And what exactly do you want a WI state senator to do that he hasn't already done? The more detail, the better.
You realize calling them out on them doing exactly what Larson appears to be doing is also an argument against what Larson is doing, right? It's just that, by this method, you're putting the burden of a plan onto the people you're calling out instead of presenting one yourself.
And just like how Larson is pointing out a problem, they're pointing out a consistent one. We're often told "there's a problem" and when the person pointing it out is asked "what do we do about the problem" the only response is "iunno." That's not acceptable from anyone in a leadership position.
And the people you're calling out, who you have now mirrored, are not in leadership positions. The burden of a plan is on Larson.
Except that Larson is only in a very minor "leadership" position. Larson is a minority member of a state legislature, not a US Senator.
What a stupid, childish response to a legitimate question.
