Article I, Section 8, of the US Constitution give Congress the SOLE POWER to establish tariffs, duties and impost, and to regulate foreign commerce. THE US CONGRESS majorty, the AFP, MAGA and or GOP has essentially quit doing this. SCOTUS should enforce it! If not, this confirms alot of fears.

If he’s not dead he is in really bad shape. The fact that he hasn’t said anything about his tariffs being ruled as illegal and canceling his golf trip means something is going on. Plus there’s an increase in pizza deliveries to the Pentagon.
