Seriously the only people who are like “yeah covid sucked but I was glad they made the free vaccine so quickly and be able to go out and do shit again and our great first responders are just partisan libs that everyone apparently hates.

The most normal accurate and mentally healthy way to look back at Covid is freak shit in our shitty country what can you do?
I actually kind of felt like I saw a lot more people outside during COVID than after, and the street dining and event options felt like a positive step towards more satisfying community imo. Maybe I'm just built different.
We never had that like “we came together and bent the curve to prevent hospital collapse! etc” instead there was kind of bipartisan electorate and pundit majority that just whined like selfish fucking assholes or went full on conspiratorial smartphone driven psychosis.
Partisan lib representing!
