Epson XP-970 can print to sticker paper, vinyl and thin card stock. The Workhorse model can do thicker card stock but is expensive af.

Oh, also to disc tops. You can get an eco-tank add-on or just use a syringe with heated needle to refill cartridges to save cash in the long run. The XP-970 also prints up to A3 as PAPER only. Had mine a year and it's decent, not much goes wrong. If the head clogs, just clean it with spirit.
