Well she drinks a box of wine a day, what do you expect? There is a reason Fox News demoted her from her own show to a co-host on the Five after paying close to $800,000,000 to Dominion

Thank god they have to get American citizens to approve their charges before they can take people to court.
That sounds about right!
In this case it’s none of those things where these lawyers are not acting in good faith. It’s prosecutorial misconduct to return again and again on the same facts and charge and petulantly demand a different result. How isn’t it a Constitutional violation of the accused’s right to equal protection?
Hey now, she's just a bit rusty after pickling herself on Fox for the past decade
Very on brand
Have you ever heard of a three time grand jury no true bill?
It reeks of *glug glug* 🍷
I wonder if they also did some district shopping to find a favorable jury pool. Didn’t work obviously, therefore, all made up to try to harm a citizen. Another crime.
It's gross all right.
That's just wilde.
or vindictive (attempted) prosecution
Her alma mater must be proud.
Touché
The phrase is that a grand jury could indict a ham sandwich, not a Subway Cold Cut Trio(TM)
Well done, Lady Bracknell...
If you made me a SCOTUS justice, I'd claim that the 5th amendment includes a "3 strikes and you're out" prohibition on GJ indictments.
Actually, nah, you know what? Just include it in regular Double Jeopardy, given how rare it is to fuck up even the first time.
calling it "incompetence" is generous. incompetence presumes honest intentions. here, pirro exhibits abuse of prosecutorial discretion, weaponization of doj, prosecutorial misconduct, malicious prosecution, bad-faith prosecution, public deceit and gaslighting.
…and Pinot noir
Malicious compliance from the line prosecutors lol
(thinking of Fat Albert insults) Rudy: JEANINE PIRRO YOU'RE JUST LIKE THE SUPER BOWL FOR THE PAST THIRTY YEARS Pirro: The Super Bowl for the past thirty years? Rudy: NO BILLS
Ask anyone from Westchester in the 1990s and they’ll say “yep that’s Jeanine for you.”

Reeks of Francis actually
Can’t find the post, but best comment was: Ham Sandwich 3, US Attorney 0.
Another no bill?
Wouldn't be at all surprised if this one got jury nullified
Buellar? Buellar? Buellar? Buellar?
Three times?!!? Thats one third of a Ferris Bueller!
Pardon my French Rooney…
There's a setting in BlueSky to require alt-text on your own posts, if you want to force a reminder.
Now that “regularity” by US DOJ is a total dead letter, maybe trial judges will rule that the number of no bills that preceded a Grand Jury indictment needs to be made admissible as a fact if a trial takes place. Goes to motive and credibility of the Govt’s case.
I feel like gross incompetence should be this administration's slogan.
Nothing but the best.
I thought you could indict a ham sandwich
Pretty sure any DC grand jury will not indict anyone out of spite.
Yup. That tells you these lawsuits are a joke (like Pirro)
Could a prosecutor? Yes. Could a has-been of the legal world who is best known for spewing bs on a propaganda channel? Apparently not. One would think he hires lick-spittles and not capable people, at their general success rate.
or a hopelessly shitty case.
