Where do people in Ireland typically go? Is it easy travel around Europe? Otherwise you could go to the Florida panhandle maybe go in late September
It is extremely easy to travel through Europe and there are so many countries, I tend not to revisit to see as much as possible- I've west done from Portugal to Finland. Though missed Andorra and Monaco. The Principalities are harder to get to but I have Vatican city, san Marino & lichtenstein done
