Testing exposure on my light box for cyanotypes, to get ready to do gum over cyanotype prints. Found some approx. 9 year old dry cyanotype chemistry in the basement - it still seems to work! #Photography #AltProcess #cyanotype

Exposure time print, and a couple of test cyanotypes (exposed lightly for gum). The astute among you will notice that the model (Ivory Flame) is reversed in the two prints. I learned to do the negative in the opposite direction (from, say kallitype printing) for gum, to make it easier to register multiple layers. I still keep printing backwards if I'm not paying attention!
