To the extent there is a calculation on a lives per dollar basis its going to preference urban hospitals, if that's bad then maybe people should vote their displeasure with it

My vote is literally thrown away by my state in a regular basis, along with swaths of my demographic, who will never have the money for a lawyer, about it. So we can learn about how dumb that makes US, from people who have never lived like this. Yeah. We should vote harder to fix this.
