Tax cuts for bringing BACK jobs. There are costs to build new factories and hire workers. So we compensate them for doing the right thing.

Nationalize? Look, I’m all for American jobs just as much as Canadian. I’ve lived through the very thing you are saying. Lower wages with huge waived taxes etc. The overall cost difference was tiny, just different line items. Those same lower wage workers got stuck with the bill in the end.

Many manufacturing jobs left in the 70’s and 80’s because of cheaper labor and production costs. I am saying we bring those jobs back and the tax cuts are the incentive.
