I think… I’m good on men for a little minute. I’m not actively looking, but every time someone piques my interest… it’s never worth the energy. Then I’m just left feeling drained and working through deep feelings because I started to slowly open myself up to those desires and hopes again.

This is my favorite thing about dating. I get to pick and choose when and how much I open myself to anyone. Once I learned that not everyone deserves my energy, it made interactions much easier
