These were all "crimes" that were committed in DC, therefore must be prosecuted there.

I understand that. But aren't there also some scenarios where DOJ tries to change venue? I'm not saying it's legal or possible. I'm just saying I don't trust Trump to even try and then trust SCOTUS to strike it down
