People don’t have assigned seats in federal buildings anymore, we hotel and if a space is totally dark it is because it has bee determined to be unhealthy to work in.

Also, don’t you think people would just walk into any federal building and work, we would? Don’t even get me started on why that’s a pipe dream. There are thousands of people who work for GSA, but yeah, no one has ever formulated a decent idea.
