I think the hives lasting for years, is a much bigger barrier! And they have no idea why or how to stop it. From your blurb I thought you meant injection site reactions, not developing MCAS or autoimmune disease!

HIV Bnabs & rna lipid shells are both auto immunity triggers. It looks like combining them is a failing approach. Other approaches might be better. Like vectoring bound envs. Need an unlocked paper to see where this started. It could be salvageable if boosting stage was ok
