The fed, bowing to the NRA, seems to always leave out the wording of the 2nd Amendment that says people can bear arms "as part of a well regulated militia." Meaning, today, the National Guard. And, yes, a state militia to assist. And another mass killing. Because we have 3 guns per person in the US.
